A complete 3 day detox that will cleanse your body from sugar, help you lose weight and boost your health
Most people link weight gain to plenty of fats and carbohydrates in the everyday diet. Unluckily, however, sugars also increase the body weight. They can also lead to quick weight gain.
These days, the sugar is found in nearly every food and drink on the market: honey, fruits, such as mangoes and bananas, fruit juices, raisins, and much more.
Unluckily, excessive consumption of sugar leads to much more health issues besides weight gain.
It can also contribute to headaches, mental disorientation, depression, fatigue, sleepiness, hyperactivity, sinus issues, yeast infections, as well as more serious illnesses such as diabetes and cancer.
HOW ARE SUGAR CONSUMPTION AND WEGHT GAIN RELATED?
Our body needs sugar in order to function properly. However, it only needs a part of sugar which will be later used as energy. All the remaining amount of sugar gets stored in the form of fat. Moreover, if you take in too much sugar it will cause useless fat on your thighs, face, hips, and waist.
Sugar cravings are often difficult to resist, especially if you are a sugar addict. When you start giving up on sugar, you will start feeling fatigue, sadness, headaches, etc. this is why you are recommended to give up the sugar products one by one instead of all at once.
