CLAY DETOX RECIPE
- Half a cup of bentonite clay
- Half a cup of Epsom salt
Fill your tub with some hot water and then add the Epsom salt to it together with some essential oil of your choice. Then, take the bentonite clay and mix it with some water using wooden spoon, and add it into the bath. Soak in this bath for about twenty to thirty minutes and it will detoxify your body.
OXYGEN DETOX RECIPE
- Two cups of hydrogen peroxide
- One tablespoon of dry ginger powder
Fill your tub with some warm water and then add the hydrogen peroxide and the ginger to it. Soak in this bath for about half an hour and it will help you extract the toxins from your body.
FOOT DETOX PADS
One of the best methods for detoxification of the body is using foot pads. These pads are found in almost all health stores at a very reasonable price. Just apply these pads on your soles before you go to sleep. The following morning, remove the pads and watch – if they have gotten dark, your body has been cleansed of toxins.
